RETURNS
- must be in `unworn condition`
- must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Customers must pay for return postage but we don't charge you postage for any exchange items we may send back to you.
If you requested a refund these are usually done within 24 hrs of the shoes being accepted by by us.
we can accept your elligible shoes back by postal return with a note enclosed
simply write a return/exchange note by hand stating
- your order number
- your delivery address postcode
- your next action required (exchange, credit note or refund)
And send it with your shoes wrapped for safe transit
(preferably in the original packaging, shoes individually wrapped as they were delivered
to ensure the shoes travel without damage)
And make a hand written lable as below
